Detailed Plot:
It’s a beautiful morning in the forest (OPENING) when we meet Mama, Papa and Baby Bears. Mama Bear is teasing Papa that they are behind the times because they don’t yet have a phone. Baby Bear is late getting up so Papa tickles him awake. Baby Bear gets dressed for the day into his Super Bear costume. Just as they sit down to breakfast, Mama Bear informs Papa that Baby Bear was playing with some of his tools and left one out– and now it is broken. Mama suggests that they put one of Baby Bears favorite toys up for a week as punishment. Papa suggests they all go to the store and buy their first phone while their porridge is cooling down (WALKING THROUGH THE FOREST). While they’re gone, Goldilocks wanders in. She is lost and is looking for a phone. She spies the porridge on the table and eats some. She then breaks one of the chairs in the living room and finally falls asleep in Baby Bear’s bed. The bears return with their new phone (WALKING THROUGH THE FOREST- REPRISE)and notice their house is in disarray (SOMEONE’S BEEN EATING MY PORRIDGE). They find Goldilocks in bed and wake her up. She apologizes for making such a mess and offers to clean it up. Baby Bear offers to help her (THE CLEAN-UP RAP). After the house is clean again, Papa finally gets the phone working. (ONCE UPON A TIME - FINALE)
