Detailed Plot:
We meet the three Pigs as they sing THE THREE LITTLE PIGS. They have a family meeting and decide that it’s time they moved out of their mom’s house and started lives of their own. One by one they meet up with the kindly merchant who sells them materials to build their new homes– straw, wood, and brinks. They each find a place to build and begin working (GONNA BUILD A HOUSE). Soon, the bumbling, silly Wolf appears. (LITTLE PIG, LITTLE PIG) He tries to get the first little pig to invite him over for lunch– but she won’t, so he gets angry and blows her house of straw down (she escapes to her brother’s brick house). Likewise with the second little pig’s house made of wood. When he tries it with the little pig who made his house of of bricks, he fails and in a rage swears to get the pig out of the house so he can give the pig a piece of his mind. He tries to trick the pig into going turnip hunting, but the pig goes before the appointed time and is already back when the wolf arrives. Same thing happens when they plan to collect apples. This makes the wolf so angry he orders the pigs out of their house of bricks so he can tell them what he thinks of them. They help the wolf discover that the reason he has no friends is because of his temper (YOU GOTTA BE A FRIEND). The wolf promises to learn to control his anger and the pigs promise to be his friends.
