Free Web Page Offer

Here’s a unique offer from KMR Scripts. We’ll put a temporary page up on our web site for your theatre to have a presence on the World Wide Web. Think about it: you can put a notice in your program telling your audience about it and they can access it 24 yours a day in the comfort of their homes to get more information about your theatre program and they can even send your cast fan mail via email!  Already have a web site? We’ll put a link on our site directly to yours. The possibilities are endless!

If you send us the completed html file:
Maximum storage space for all your files: 200K. We reserve the right to edit it for content or appearance on my web site. Do not add a counter (we will do that). Do not use Frames. You may have more than one page as long as the total file size is under the 200K limit. Be sure to include all necessary graphics files (photos, logos, buttons, dividers, etc). Do not send photos, we will not scan them for you— you must do that. We may reduce all graphics to smaller file size.

If you want us to set up the web page:
Let us  know if you have any official colors (from stationary, etc.) Be sure to send all graphics files you want and all info (see below). We’ll need 7 calendar days to work up your page(s) before they go online.

Web Page Duration:
Your page will go online approximately 7 days prior to your contracted opening (assuming we receive your files and info in time) and will be taken offline no sooner than 30 days after your contracted final performance. You may arrange to keep your web Page online for an extended period of time for a fee of $10.00 per month paid in advance.

How to Send Your Info:
You may send it via regular mail on floppy disk or via email as attachments. We can support Word 97 and WordPerfect 7 text file formats. Graphics (in gif, jpg, or bmp format) can be sent on floppy via mail or as attachments to email. Contact us if you have any questions. Again, if you send HTML files, please be sure to include all the support graphics files.

Copyright:
You may add your own copyright to your page(s), However, your page(s) will be protected under my copyright for our Web Site.

Changes:
You may request changes to your web page at any time. Allow 24 hours for the change to take effect. We reserve the right to limit the number of changes you may make.

Search Engines:
Because yours is a temporary web page, it will not be submitted for indexing to Web Search Engines (Yahoo, Infoseek, etc.).
